Replenishment Program (our most popular)
Since its inception Arrowhead has found that the key to success is a customized component program based on usage, rather than “just in time shipments”.
Taking
the time to review the current usage and develop an automatic replenishment program based on the facts benefits both the supplier
and the manufacturer. The goal in implementing this customized program is to keep your inventory levels stocked, so you are never
without the parts you use. This program will also help eliminate unnecessary inventory, freeing up both precious dollars and physical
space.
Arrowhead can provide both basic and customized components. We are happy to cut knives for proprietary profiles if provided with an actual sample and a cad drawing.
The Arrowhead Custom Component program works as follows:
· An agreement is signed between Arrowhead and the customer.
The agreement allows Arrowhead to run the linear footage and stock your program, in advance of you ordering.
· You will be asked to fill out a simple questionnaire. This questionnaire focuses on your current inventory and level of usage.
· A customized program is developed based on a monthly projection of each individual profile: louvers, stiles, rails, tilt rods, frames etc.
· Arrowhead requires a 30-day lead-time for the startup of a new program as we build your inventory.
